Ashley Lofton is a dedicated instructional leader who serves as the campus principal for Port Neches Intermediate School with a passion for serving students, supporting teachers, and strengthening school communities.
She previously served as a PreK–2 instructional coach in PNGISD, working alongside educators to build strong instructional practices, close achievement gaps, and ensure all students receive the support they need to succeed. Ashley brings 19 years of experience as both a classroom teacher and coach, giving her a deep understanding of the daily realities teachers face and the systems needed to help them thrive. She is known for her relationship-driven leadership style, believing that when students feel seen, supported, and valued, their potential is limitless.
